It's a great time to be a rugby fan!
Running rugbyunited means trying to keep up with all what's going on across the rugby world. We're lucky to get press releases from all the major leagues, countries and competitions around the world on email, which means an average of 30 press releases arrive to rugbyunited each day. Obviously we can't read them all, so they in turn get distributed across to all our accounts, so invariably, Trevor and Rich can't and don't keep up with all the news, all the time.
That has been very relevant this week, with the Lions Tour building up nicely and the various competitions we're try to support for that, of course it's the build up to the European Champions and Challenge Cup finals, the Prem and PRO12 semifinals, it was the RWC2019 draw, the Summer International tours recently announced and there's only six rounds left in the SuperRugby, 18 (or 15, or however many they choose next season!) - and all the rugbyunited team and account managers have real day jobs and family to fit in too!
But, all in all, it's a great time to be a rugby fan! So, if you want to follow more rugby news and don't really know where to start, we have an account called @RUaccounts on twitter that only follow our rugbyunited accounts! So have a look who they follow, and you'll find news from Edinburgh to Exeter, from Christchurch to Canberra to Capetown, Tunisia to Tokyo - there's a rugbyunited account out there waiting for people like you to hear their rugby news, whatever that might be!
Thanks for all your support and input, the rugbyunited network is getting ever closer to 600,000 followers across all our accounts, and that's down to people contributing and using the hashtag #rugbyunited in their rugby tweets!
